IBC serves as the operational arm of the DOI Integrated Charge Card Program.

Charge Card Services

  • Perform migration project planning and client transition to GSA SmartPay
  • Perform liaison duties with client agencies' business lines for Acquisition (Fleet and Procurement), Financial Management and Travel
  • Provide vendor task order coordination with GSA SmartPay vendors
  • Provide Agency/Organization Program Coordination (A/OPC) services
  • Develop and deliver training for all charge card types (Purchase, Travel, and Fleet)
  • Operate the Charge Card Support Center Help Desk
