IBC serves as the operational arm of the DOI Integrated Charge Card Program.
Charge Card Services
- Perform migration project planning and client transition to GSA SmartPay
- Perform liaison duties with client agencies' business lines for Acquisition (Fleet and Procurement), Financial Management and Travel
- Provide vendor task order coordination with GSA SmartPay vendors
- Provide Agency/Organization Program Coordination (A/OPC) services
- Develop and deliver training for all charge card types (Purchase, Travel, and Fleet)
- Operate the Charge Card Support Center Help Desk

- Prepare charge card user manuals
- Track charge card delinquencies
- Review bank reports
- Process applications
- Monitor charge card fraud, waste and abuse
- Configuration of automated online review and approve process
- Coordination/setup of Salary Offset program
- Configuration and maintenance of transactional data mining tools
- Track invoice file receipt
- Report charge card activity to the Internal Revenue Service
- Integrate with Financial systems
