Regulations

The Federal Subsistence Board approved changes to the Federal subsistence management regulations for the harvest of fish and wildlife during its April 2026 wildlife regulatory public meeting. These changes will not take effect until the final rule is published in the Federal Register.

Until the final rule is published, the existing regulations (below) remain in effect. Updates will be provided once an estimated publication date is available, and a final notice will be issued when the rule is published and the revised regulations take effect.
