Applying for Funding from the Partners for Fisheries Monitoring Program

Through the Partners Program, the Office of Subsistence Management strengthens Alaska Native and rural involvement in Federal subsistence management by providing funding to organizations so they can hire a professional biologist, social scientist, or educator. The program also provides funds for science and culture camps, and paid student internships. 

Our new and continuing Partners are: 

  • Bristol Bay Native Association 
  • Hoonah Indian Association 
  • Native Village of Eyak 
  • Native Village of Napaimute 
  • Orutsararmiut Native Council 
  • Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska 
  • Yakutat Tlingit Tribe
