Data Analytics, Dashboards, and Metrics Division

The Data Analytics, Dashboards, and Metrics Division serves as a central hub for financial data analysis, performance reporting, and digital information management within the PFM. The division is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, performance management, and transparency across the organization. The division helps develop and maintains enterprise dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical products that monitor key financial management activities, enabling leadership to track trends, assess risks and evaluate program performance. This includes the preparation and visualization of financial and operational data through graphics, charts and tables used in reporting including DOI's annual Agency Financial Report (AFR) and other internal and external reporting.  Through advanced analytics, data visualization, and strategic reporting, the Data Analytics, Dashboards & Metrics Division enhances organizational transparency, strengthens performance management and supports the Office of Financial Management's mission to deliver accurate, timely and insightful financial information.
