The Federal Subsistence Board (Board) will meet January 31−February 3, 2023, at the Egan Center in Anchorage, Alaska, to consider proposed changes to Federal subsistence fish and shellfish regulations for the 2023-2025 regulatory years. The Board will also discuss the Hunter Ethics Education and Outreach Initiative, Secretarial regulations proposing the inclusion of identified submerged lands in the Tongass National Forest, deferred wildlife proposals WP22-07, WP22-08, WP22-10 and WP22-40, the threshold analysis for RFR22-01 requesting reconsideration of fisheries proposal FP21-10, the threshold assessment for non-rural determination proposal NDP25-01, and other subsistence issues.
