June Hartley is the Senior Associate Deputy Chief Information Officer (ACIO) in the Office Chief Information Office (OCIO) with over 30 years of hands-on experience in directing and managing complex enterprise-level IT environments. As the Senior ACIO, Ms. Hartley currently supports the Department’s CIO in the establishing and maintaining the Department’s Information Management Technology (IMT) strategies and their alignment with the OCIO’s implementation of the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) within the DOI IMT community.

Previously, Ms. Hartley was the Associate DCIO for OCIO’s Service Delivery  responsible for delivering information technology (IT) services in a shared services environment across the Department of the Interior (DOI). Her experience includes planning, budgeting, developing and implementing information technology solutions to address business IT Services for Department of the Interior and other Federal Agencies. At the OCIO, her oversight includes IT Security Operations, Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure Hosting, Telecommunications, Customer Support Center, and other IT Support Services. Ms. Hartley has spent her career providing IT Services and ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve complex business issues while managing costs and risks.

In 2007, Ms. Hartley was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the National Business Center (now know as the Interior Business Center) providing critical infrastructure technology support for multiple lines of business in Finance, Human Resources, Acquisition, and Aviation Management. Combined together, these lines of businesses provide services to not only DOI's offices and bureaus, but to over 150 government agencies, in a shared service model in support of better government.
