CADR Ombuds provide a safe, confidential space to discuss concerns, explore options and possible solutions to any work-related issue, and help employees at all levels address conflict or other situations they may be experiencing. The Ombuds is independent, neutral and serves all DOI employees. Contacting an ombuds is voluntary and is never part of any formal process.
