Project Addressing Unique logo

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) conducts NEPA reviews for OIA and supports and addresses unique facility design and maintenance issues in the islands for schools, hospitals, and other critical infrastructure. USACE is developing a Facility Design Guide for use in the Insular Areas and continues to provide design reviews to ascertain why and how facilities deteriorate, further informing measures necessary and recommendations for the construction of successful and long-lasting facilities in the Insular Areas.
