John Lombardo, Acting Director of the VA Honolulu Regional Office gave an overview of responsibilities for veterans in Hawaii and the Pacific region. He was joined by two other VA colleagues who also shared their current efforts to continually improve outreach to veterans and invite comments and suggestions from other federal partners on ways to improve services.
