Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law Digital Library

The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (formerly the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation) is an educational, non-profit organization dedicated to the scholarly and practical study of all aspects of natural resources and energy law. The Foundation values collegiality and bring together lawyers, professionals, academics, and students to learn and network in a supportive environment where all participants are valued.

Since 1955, the Foundation has published an entire library of books and manuals in conjunction with its Annual and Special Institutes, as well as a number of original articles published in its biannual Foundation Journal. These original, scholarly, and practical publications dealing with all aspects of natural resources and energy law are available online through the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law Digital Library.

Digital Library users have immediate access to this comprehensive collection, constituting one of the most powerful natural resources and energy legal databases ever compiled – well over 5,000 articles from over 300 books and manuals written by experts for the Foundation. Researchers can print or create a PDF for a document, or copy and paste text into any standard word-processing program.
