The U.S. Department of the Interior’s Indian Arts and Crafts Board announces a special exhibition opening at its three museums in honor of America 250, the nationwide commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the United States. These exhibitions highlight the resilience, creativity, and enduring cultural contributions of Native American artists and communities across the country.

The Indian Arts and Crafts Board museums are located in regions with rich Native American histories and will each present exhibitions that honor Tribal traditions and celebrate contemporary Native American artistry.  The exhibitions will run from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
