We are the Federal Lands Division (FLD) of the Appraisal and Valuation Services Office (AVSO). We are composed of three teams: Fish and Wildlife, Parks and Reclamation, and Public Lands.

Whom We Serve

The Appraisal and Valuation Services Office supports four U.S. Department of the Interior agencies (Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and National Park Service) with their valuation needs in realty actions across all 50 states, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, rights-of-way, and rentals between the Federal Government and non-Federal entities.
