Federal Subsistence Board to hold work session in Anchorage, January 28 – 29, 2020

The Federal Subsistence Board (Board) will hold a work session January 28 – 29, 2020, in the Denali Room on the fourth floor of the Federal Building at 222 W. 7th Avenue in Anchorage. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. daily.

During the work session, the Board will consider projects proposed for funding under the 2020 Fisheries Resource Monitoring Plan. Additionally, the Board will discuss or receive briefings on the Partners for Fisheries Monitoring program, the Alaska Native Science and Engineering Program, and Office of Subsistence Management staffing and budget updates. The Board may discuss other business items. No regulatory decisions will be made during this work session.

The public is invited to attend either in person or by teleconference. Those attending in person must enter the Federal Building through a security checkpoint, and will need photo identification. To participate in this meeting by teleconference, dial toll-free (888) 566-1030 (passcode 3344290).
