DOI Privacy Act Regulations

The DOI Privacy Act Regulations (43 CFR Part 2, Subpart K) provide specific guidance on how DOI implements the Privacy Act, including how individuals can exercise their rights to seek access to records maintained on themselves, inquire whether records are maintined on them, or amend records that are not accurate, releveant, timely, or complete.
