Law Journal Library

The Law Journal Library features comprehensive access to hundreds of law journals and law reviews, stretching from their inception to date. More than three centuries of searchable legal periodical research is available. This Library is divided into subsets that allow the user to search the entire library or individual subsets such as the Most-Cited Law Journals, Core U.S. Law Journals, and International and non-U.S. Law Journals.
 

U.S. Congressional Documents Library

The U.S. Congressional Documents Library features searchable, online access to congressionally produced materials such as the Congressional Record and its predecessors, the Congressional Globe (1833-1873), the Register of Debates in Congress (1824-1833), and the Annals of the Congress of the United States (1789-1824); as well as the American State Papers (1789-1838), and the Journals of the Continental Congress (1774-1789).
 

U.S. Department of the Interior Library

HeinOnline's U.S. Department of the Interior Library currently features searchable, online access to the Decisions of the Department of the Interior (1883-1995), Opinions of the Solicitor of the Department of the Interior Relating to Indian Affairs (1917-1974), and other primary source materials published by the Department of the Interior.
 

Federal Register Library

This module features searchable, online access to the Federal Register from its inception in 1936 to the present. It also offers access to the Weekly Compilation of Presidential Documents from the first volume of 1965 to the present.
 

Treaties and Agreements Library

This Library features United States Treaties and Other International Agreements (1950-1984), the Treaties and Other International Acts Series (TIAS), Treaties in Force (1955-date), and the Guide to Treaties in Force (1982-date). It also offers Bevans' Treaties and Other International Agreements of the United States (1776-1949) and unnumbered and unpublished treaties in KAV Agreements (1987-date).
 

U.S. Supreme Court Library

The U.S. Supreme Court Library offers the official opinions of the Supreme Court from the United States Reports (1754-2003), as well as United States Reports Preliminary Prints (2002-2006), and United States Reports Slip Opinions (2002-date). It also features the Guide to the Early Reports of the Supreme Court of the United States (1790-1874), the Supreme Court Economic Review (1982-2001), and the Supreme Court Review (1960-2000).
 

U.S. Attorney General Opinions Library

This module features the Official Opinions of the Attorneys General of the United States (1791-1982), as well as the Opinions of the Office of Legal Counsel of the United States Department of Justice (1977-1996).
 

Legal Classics Library

The Legal Classics Library contains some of the most momentous legal works ever written, such as Blackstone's Commentaries (1803), Cardozo's Growth of the Law (1924), and Story's first edition of Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States (1833).
 

U.S. Statutes at Large Library

The U.S. Statutes at Large Library provides searchable, online access to Public Laws, Private Laws, Presidential Proclamations, and Treaties published in the U.S. Statutes at Large from its inception in 1789 to 2004.
 

U.S. Federal Legislative History Library

This Library is a collection of full-text legislative histories on some of the most important and historically significant legislation of our time. In addition to major complete legislative histories this collection includes texts related to legislative histories.
