Provo River Delta Restoration Project (PRDRP)

The Provo River Delta Restoration Project (PRDRP) will restore a naturally functioning river-lake interface essential for recruitment of June sucker, an endangered fish species that only exists naturally in Utah Lake and its tributaries. In addition to fulfilling environmental commitments associated with water development projects in Utah and contributing to recovery of an endangered species, the project will help improve water quality on the lower Provo River and will provide enhancements for public recreation in Utah County.
