Maintained manually in the folders.
RETRIEVABILITY:
By name of individual.
SAFEGUARDS:
Maintained with safeguards meeting the requirements of 43 CFR 2.51 for manual records. Branch employees service requesters during duty hours.
RETENTION AND DISPOSAL:
Records are retired to the Federal Records Center four years after the close of each two year filing period.
