IBLA Pending Appeals Fiscal Year 2018

Beginning in fiscal year 2018, the Board is making available to the public all the appeals pending each month. The list includes docket number, appellant’s name, date the Board received the appeal, the bureau that issued the decision being appealed, the subject of the appeal, and the status of the appeal. Status definitions are available.
