Damon Hagan

Damon A. Hagan, Esq., serves as the Acting Solicitor for the U.S. Department of the Interior, where he oversees the Department's legal and business operations and a global workforce of nearly 65,000 employees.

Formerly in private practice providing in-house counsel services across multiple industries, his expertise spans corporate structuring, commercial litigation, municipal law, contract negotiation, union relations, renewable energy, grid resiliency, and environmentally responsible development. He has also held senior leadership positions across the private and public sectors, including President of Forward Truth Media Holdings, General Counsel for Bridge Business & Property Brokers, and Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs for Arrow Security.

Mr. Hagan resides in East Quogue, New York, with his wife, Kimberly, and together they share a passion for competitive croquet.
