The Office of the Executive Secretariat and Regulatory Affairs (OES) is the Department's principal policy office in the areas of executive correspondence, regulatory affairs, committee management, document production management, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and departmental activities.  The OES is headed by the Director, who oversees the functions and responsibilities of the Office and is supported by the Deputy Director – Policy and Regulatory Affairs; the Deputy Director – Correspondence and FOIA Management; and the Deputy Director – Document Management Unit.
