Office of the Executive Secretariat and Regulatory Affairs

The Office of the Executive Secretariat and Regulatory Affairs (OES) is the Department's principal policy office in the areas of executive correspondence, regulatory affairs, committee management, document production management, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for the Office of the Secretary, and departmental directives. The OES is headed by the Director who oversees the functions and responsibilities of the Office, and is supported by the Deputy Director – Policy and Regulatory Affairs; the Deputy Director – Correspondence and FOIA Management; the Deputy Director - Committee Management; and the Deputy Director – Document Management Unit.
