An electronic version of the July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2018 Federal Subsistence Management Regulations for the Harvest of Wildlife on Federal Public Lands in Alaska book is now available on the Federal Subsistence Management Program’s website.  It is anticipated that printed copies of the regulations will be available by the end of July.

The regulations book contains the Federal subsistence seasons, customary and traditional use determinations, harvest limits, permit requirements, and methods of taking wildlife on Federal public lands in Alaska. Copies of the book may be picked up at Federal land management offices and vendors. In addition, copies may be requested by contacting the Office of Subsistence Management at 800-478-1456, 907-786-3885 or email subsistence@fws.gov.
