PB 25-06 USPP Use of Recruitments Relocations and Retention Incentives for US Park Police

This bulletin establishes the Department of the Interior’s (Department) policy on the use of recruitment, relocation, and retention incentives for the United States Park Police (USPP). The authority to utilize these incentives was approved by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) on September 5, 2025.
