For almost a century, the treaty-making power vested in the Federal Government has been used to foster the development and enactment of federal wildlife conservation laws. Michael Young discussed the mutually beneficial association of international wildlife conservation treaties and the domestic statutes that implement them. The talk was introduced by Michael Bean, Counsel to the Interior Assistant Secretary for Fish, Wildlife, and Parks.
