Southern Plains Indian Museum Announces Temporary Closure

ANADARKO, OKLAHOMA:  The Southern Plains Indian Museum, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Indian Arts and Crafts Board, will be closed to the public Tuesday, April 2 through Wednesday, April 3, 2019 for administrative reasons.  The museum will resume regular hours of operation on Thursday, April 4, 2019.

Regular hours of public operation are Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. 

The Southern Plains Indian Museum is managed by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Indian Arts and Crafts Board.  All exhibits at the museum are free and open to the public. The museum is located at 801 East Central Blvd., Anadarko, Oklahoma. For more information, call the museum at (405) 247-6221.
