Memo (2025): Job Opportunity Announcement Template Updates

For JOAs launched on or after September 29, 2025, the following updates to JOA templates must be made, in order to adhere to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Merit Hiring Plan, “Strengthening Probationary Periods in the Federal Service,” and Job Titling guidance.
