Chapter 26: OFFICE OF STRATEGIC EMPLOYEE AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The updated chapter incorporates the changes authorized in Secretary's Order 3295, dated January 7, 2010, and its amendnments.  Other changes also include changing the office name from "Office of Strategic Development of Human Capital" to "Office of Strategic Employee and Organizational Development"; and realigning the Department of the Interior University (DOIU) and the National Indian Programs Training Center (NIPTC) from the National Business Center to the Office of Strategic Employee and Organizational Development, including adding and updating, as appropriate, the functional descriptions for the DOIU and NIPTC.
