Office of the Executive Secretariat and Regulatory Affairs

Revises the organization of the Office of National Service and Educational Partnerships.  Reflects changes made by two other documents: Secretary's Order No. 3176, which abolished the Office of Historically Black college and University Programs and Job Corps and moved the responsibility to a newly established Office of Cooperative Activities and Initiatives; and DM Release No. 3023, which changed the title of the office to Office of National Service and Educational Partnerships.
