This Departmental Manual release revises 110 DM 17 to: (A) Formalize the addition of the Document Management Unit in the Executive Secretariat, ((B) Change the title of the Office from Executive Secretariat to Office of the Executive Secretariat and Regulatory Affairs, (C) Formalize the addition of the regulatory affairs function in the Executive Secretariat.
