Federal Subsistence Harvest of Wildlife Regulations book now available

An electronic version of the July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2020 Federal Subsistence Management Regulations for the Harvest of Wildlife on Federal Public Lands in Alaska book is now available on the Federal Subsistence Management Program’s website:  https://www.doi.gov/subsistence/wildlife.

The regulations book contains the Federal subsistence seasons, customary and traditional use determinations, harvest limits, permit requirements, and methods of taking wildlife on Federal public lands in Alaska.

It is anticipated that printed copies of the regulations will be available by the end of October. Copies of the book may be picked up at Federal land management offices and vendors. In addition, copies may be requested by contacting the Office of Subsistence Management at (800) 478-1456 or (907) 786-3888, or email subsistence@fws.gov.
