Temporary Special Action Request FSA22-05, submitted by the Office of Subsistence Management, asks the Board to temporarily enact the Lower Copper River subsistence salmon fishery recently adopted by the Board and to delegate authority to the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve Superintendent to implement the fishery.  This administrative action is necessary because the newly adopted regulations will not be published in time for the start of this year’s fishery.  The temporary special action and delegation letter would expire upon publication of the regulations in the Federal Register.

The public is encouraged to participate in this hearing by calling the telephone number below.  When prompted, enter the passcode.  Comments will be forwarded to the Board for consideration.
