Dr. Rowan Gould, Deputy Director of Operations for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, has received the 2013 Diversity Excellence Award from the Federal Asian Pacific American Council. The award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, and the promotion of equal opportunity and diversity in the federal and District of Columbia government work force.
