Last Spring, we asked you to describe the workplace culture you desired at the Department. Among the values you said you wanted to see in the workplace were respect, teamwork, honesty, and fairness. We agree.

This is why we are pleased to announce the launch of My DOI Career. This is the first in a series of new resources and initiatives aimed at making your career at DOI varied, rich, and fulfilling. My DOI Career exemplifies the values of honesty and fairness because it is available on an equal basis to all of our employees, with no favoritism. To show our respect for your career aspirations, My DOI Career helps current and prospective Department employees understand career progression opportunities, and what skills are needed in order to advance. It puts you in the driver's seat, offering quizzes, tools and data that provide insight into a number of occupations across our bureaus.

Your Department leadership team is interested in YOU, a valued member of the DOI team. To demonstrate the variety of opportunities and teams across DOI that you can be part of during your career with us, My DOI Career gives you the tools to imagine your future across any of our bureaus. Your contributions help DOI fulfill our mission -- Managing the Nation's natural resources and cultural heritage for the benefit and enjoyment of the American people. The Department and the Bureaus benefit greatly from having YOU as part of the fabric of our team, and we are dedicated to ensuring YOU continue to find opportunities that lead you to a long and rewarding career at DOI.

The Workplace Culture Transformation Advisory Council is tasked with positively and permanently transforming the Department's work environment in all locations and at all levels.
