Removes the temporary delegation of authority for the Senate-confired postions that are filled for the Assistant Secretary - Policy Management and Budget and the Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks and updates the delegation for a new temporary appointment for the Director, Bureau of Land Management.
