WASHINGTON, D.C. – Secretary of the Interior Dirk Kempthorne will address the 65th Annual Convention of the National Congress of American Indians on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. That morning the Secretary will visit Tuba City Boarding School, the largest school in the Bureau of Indian Education system and one of the fastest growing and highest achieving schools on the Navajo Reservation.
