WASHINGTON – Secretary of the Interior Dirk Kempthorne will discuss progress in developing a new alternative energy production program for federal Outer Continental Shelf waters at a news conference on Monday, November 5, 2007 at the Interior Department Headquarters Building.
Joining the Secretary will be Assistant Secretary for Land and Minerals Management Steve Allred and Director of the Minerals Management Service Randall Luthi.
