WASHINGTON – On July 17, 2007 the Department of the Interior Museum exhibit Witness to History: The March on Washington will be open to the press for viewing before the public opening on July 20, 2007.
The Department of the Interior Museum is presenting the exhibit Witness to History: The March on Washington commemorating the August 28, 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. The exhibit features 10 original never-before-seen watercolors by David Granahan depicting the day’s activities.
WHO: Deborah Wallis Wurdinger, curator of Witness to History: The March on Washington will give tours of the exhibit.

WHERE: Department of the Interior Museum in the Main Interior Building. The visitor entrance to the Main Interior Building is at 1849 C Street, N.W.
