On Tuesday, May 1, 2007, Interior Deputy Assistant Secretary for Land and Minerals Management Steve Allred will participate in a U.S. Energy Association Energy Newsmakers conference to discuss a number of energy topics, including Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas development, geothermal and oil shale energy resources on federal land.
The event, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., is open to all credentialed reporters only, and requires an RSVP to gstockdale@usea.org. The event will take place at USEA's office, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW (Reagan Building), Suite 550 (fifth floor), Washington DC 20004. After his announcements, Allred will take questions from the press.
