Deputy Secretary of the Interior Lynn Scarlett will address the Utah Energy Summit at 1:55 p.m. MDT on Sunday, April 15, 2007, during a hearing of the National Governor’s Association (NGA) Natural Resources Committee.
Scarlett’s address, which will help kick off the three day event, will discuss the role of energy development and conservation on America’s public lands.
