The Department of the Interior and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), will renew and strengthen their partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding that will expand efforts to promote educational and career opportunities for Hispanic students. Interior Secretary Dirk Kempthorne, HACU President Antonio R. Flores, and Bureau of Reclamation Commissioner Robert Johnson will deliver remarks at the signing ceremony.
