The Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Civil Rights (ODICR) celebrates the recent designation of Juneteenth as a federal holiday. Secretary Haaland encourages everyone to honor Juneteenth as a day for us to commit together to eradicate the enduring system of racism and address slavery’s intergenerational impacts.
