Eric D. Still is currently the Associate DCFO and Deputy Director of Financial Operations (FO) for the Office of Financial Management (PFM). As the Deputy Director of PFM/FO, Mr. Still oversee day-to-day services of the Departmental Offices Financial Division (DOF), Financial Reporting Division (FRD) and Financial Systems and Data Analytics Division (FSDA) and serves as a financial advisor to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Director of PFM.
Mr. Still has over 10+ years of professional accounting, treasury management, audit, financial operations and financial reporting expertise with the Federal Government and over 30 years’ experience including the private sector. He has led several high-profile projects and implemented several new business solutions that allowed organizations to perform more efficient in the private and government sector and recognizes the importance of accountability, transparency, governance and measurable reporting as the key to a successful organization. Mr. Still is a strategic thinker and coalition builder with experience building, developing and motivating teams. His expertise consists of the full range of government financial management activities including the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990, the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA), the Anti Deficiency Act (ADA), Economy Act 1932, OMB A-123 Management’s Responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Controls and OMB A-136 Financial Reporting standards.

Provided daily leadership over Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) $1.1 trillion trust fund program and $1.2 billion revolving fund program

Led the transfer of the $1.3 billion National Background Investigation Bureau (NBIB) program to the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) a component of the Department of the Defense (DoD).

Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the implementation of the New Core project and financial data conversion for the General Ledger reconciliation. The first cabinet-level agency to move core financial systems to a Federal Shared Service Provider.

Oversaw payments of $2.2 billion in grants and in moving the agency forward to a new payment system. Received two USDA Secretary Awards for the Beginning Farmers and Small Business program.

Eric majored in Accounting at Norfolk State University and is also married with four children.
