From I-5 Southbound:
Take Exit 194 for Everett Ave. Turn right on Everett Ave. Turn left on Colby Ave. 90-minute street parking is available on Colby Ave.

In anticipation of the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community's Land Buy-Back Program (LBBP) participation later this year, the Fiduciary Trust Officer and Accounting Technician from OST, Puget Sound Agency, will assist with an Outreach to Swinomish landowners. Topics covered include overview of the LBBP, information on Estate Planning, information on Individual Indian Money Accounts, and response to beneficiary questions. There will also be a one-hour financial education session provided by First Nations Development Institute. Brunch will be provided.
