Q: What do I need to do?

A: If you received your most recent expected payment, do nothing. If you are experiencing delays or difficulties receiving services and funds, please contact TBCC immediately: 1-888-678-6836. 

Q: What should I do if I didn't receive funds as expected?

A. Call the TBCC immediately to determine the status of those funds and arrange for re-delivery or electronic deposit.

Q: How will undelivered mail be re-delivered?

A. The U.S. Postal Service will be arranging for delivery of mail that was unable to be delivered during these emergencies. Please click here for updated information from the U.S. Postal Service.
