Washington, D.C. – The Office of Science & Technology Policy, the Department of Interior, NOAA and NASA will host a media roundtable to discuss the important U.S. role in the Global Earth Observations System of Systems (GEOSS), the global impact of the intergovernmental Group on Earth Observations (GEO) and U.S. participation in the upcoming International GEO Ministerial Summit in Cape Town, South Africa on November 30, 2007. Secretary Kempthorne will lead the U.S. delegation.
