Rapid Response

Rapid Response efforts contain, and where possible, eradicate invasive populations. Because response efforts are localized, they are often led by State and Local governments. However, even localized populations can cross jurisdictional boundaries. To be effective, response efforts often need partners from both the private and public sectors. Federal agencies conduct rapid response efforts on Federal lands and partner with others on inter-jurisdictional efforts.
