Valued Customers,

As we start FY2020 I want to take this time to assure you that we are open for business. After a long assessment by Department of the Interior (DOI) leadership of our risk mitigation efforts, we received a resounding vote of confidence!

DOI stated that they “gained significant confidence in the processes, procedures, and risk mitigation efforts of IBC's Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), and completely endorse our role as an assisted acquisition office supporting the federal government” and DOI encouraged AQD to resume normal operations and seek additional customers.

We are excited to continue providing assisted acquisition services. We succeed with a strong focus on robust documentation, compliance with federal procurement and appropriation rules, and excellent customer service. From market research and acquisition planning - to solicitation, negotiation, and award - to protest defense, contract administration and close-out, AQD is eager to support your mission through contracting.

To help plan for FY2020 and to ensure we can achieve the best value and desired outcomes, we are providing our procurement action lead times (PALT) and recurring annual dates for submission of requirements to AQD. A link to this information is provided below. In short, the earlier we can be involved, the better the outcome.

We are contracting experts, and we are very eager to help support your mission. We are ready for you. If you have any questions or would like to discuss how we can work together, please email us.

Thank you!
