What We Do

ELLU Attorneys defend DOI bureaus, officials and managers in employment-related litigation before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Federal Labor Relations Authority and Federal Courts. We also provide advice and guidance to managers and HR staff on personnel-related issues.
