NOTE: DOI Employees should NOT "request a new account" New Federal employee accounts are created on a biweekly basis via upload from the Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS)
You must first have an account in our system to register for training.
In the 'Username' field please list the email address where you wish to receive system notifications. The provided email address will be your DOI Learn username. Please ensure that the spelling of your email address is correct in both the username and email address fields.
The "Reason For Your Request" MUST be completed. Please list the specific COURSE NAME(S) and the BUREAU that is sponsoring the course you wish to attend. Account requests that do not list a specific course will be denied.
Use the process above to request an account to take required training. We will review your information to ensure a previous account does not exist in our system. Be sure to indicate if you have ever been affiliated with any bureau or office in DOI in the 'Reason For Your Request' field. It's important to tell us if you ever have been a contractor, volunteer or an employee of DOI.
In the 'Contractor Name' field, please enter your company name AND the name of your Federal COR or supervisor.
In the 'Job Title' field please list the title of your position.
In the 'Org Name' field please enter the name of the DOI organization/office to which you are assigned.
Failure to provide this information will result in the delay or denial of your account request.
All account approvals are performed manually. We review your request to determine which Bureau is sponsoring the training you are requesting and if you already have an account in our system. You should receive a reply regarding your account request within 3 working days.Last updated 5/15/2016
