A rugged, whitewater river flowing northward through deep canyons, the New River is among the oldest rivers on the continent. Erica Fleishman, from UC Davis, will discuss Projecting and Detecting Species-Level Responses to Variations in Weather and Changes in Climate.
The goal of the series is to create an interactive forum for resource managers, scientists, and other interested parties to discuss regional resource management concerns, climate information needs, and mechanisms for delivering that information in the most usable and useful ways.
